Data protection concept template

Here you will find templates for data protection concepts for OSSE-based patient registers in German and English. The templates are GDPR-compliant (2018).

We would like to point out that these are non-binding templates whose specific adaptation to the respective register is the responsibility of the user.

Patient consent template

We provide a template to create informed patient consent forms together with supplementary material in a zip Archive.
